I help adults, adolescents, couples, and families carry what has happened to them without letting it run their lives. My work is shaped by training and by my own ongoing work with trauma.I work with family and relational trauma, PTSD, and the strain trauma puts on couples and on parents and teens. Sessions are in person near Beacon or by secure telehealth.
Fees
Individual therapy, 60 minutes: $175
Couples therapy, 60 minutes: $250
Parent and teen, 60 minutes: $250
Family therapy, three or more, 75 minutes: $250
Self-pay only; I do not take insurance. A limited number of sliding scale spots are available.
Where and when
In person by appointment near Beacon, convenient to Fishkill, Cold Spring, Newburgh, and Poughkeepsie. Secure telehealth anywhere in New York State, including the Hudson Valley, Millbrook, and Manhattan. Monday to Friday, 9 to 5.
